Our 21,500 sq.ft. manufacturing facility not only produces standard Celab units and special equipment designed by us for major projects such as Eurofighter / Typhoon and Apache, but also provides advanced high reliability production for an increasing range of 3rd party equipment through our EMS service.
Our service includes PCBs, chassis, wiring harnesses, cables, cabinets and complete sub-systems, with the full parts traceability and extensive in-house EMC, vibration and other testing that you should expect. Military batch sizes are not a problem, and we can handle SMD, through-hole and mixed technologies, as well as wiring harnesses and hand fitting of larger sub-systems.
As well as being a first-level system integrator, we also have the resources to go beyond 'build to drawing ', and can advise on production engineering, managing obsolescence or even upgrading functionality as well as associated special parts procurement.
