- All products, except our offering of non-RoHS-EC Hybrid Products,* are considered to be as modified-standard products, and as such are shipped as Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable. Non-RoHS-EC products will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
- All orders for Data Acquisition products, regardless of RoHS status, are classified as Non-cancelable, Non-Returnable. Both RoHS and non-RoHS compliant Data Acquisition products will continue to be offered as standard products.
- Consult the factory for availability of RoHS compliant versions of our Data Acquisition products.
Deca-BDE
DATEL products do not claim Deca-BDE exemption which expired on July 1, 2008
Position Statement on China Standard SJ/T11364-2006:
The Chinese government's Ministry of Information Industry has been formulating their Reduction of Hazardous Substances legislation, which will become effective on March 1, 2007.
The products identified in this data sheet comply with the requirements of China Marking Standard SJ/T11364-2006. The Hazardous Substance Table (HST) for this product is outlined below, along with the Environment Friendly Use Period (EFUP).
